You have protection in these cases:

  • Shipping time is longer than the time promised in our shipping policy.
  • The item you received was different than described in our store.
  • The item you received was not original and high-quality.

FROM WHERE DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?

Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers to ensure the lowest prices for the premium design and quality, which you would get only with premium pricing in other stores. We ship items from Spain, Brasil, Russia, United States, and China.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Processing your order takes about 2-5 business days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times may vary based on your location. We are shipping our products globally, and it could take about 15-30 days for your order to arrive. When your package reaches your country, the local postal office takes care of the final delivery. If you see in the tracking information that your parcel has arrived, and you haven’t received it yet, please contact your postal office for furder assistance.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order via the search bar on our store, or the 17track.net website.

TRACKING INFORMATION NOT SHOWING?

The shipping company needs up to 5 business days to show the tracking information. When the shipping company receives our package, you can continue to track the parcel. If tracking information not bein updated, it usually means that the item is on its way, and new data will appear when the package arrives at your postal office. If you have issues with your tracking, you can always contact us at support@mycharmingplace.com, and we would happily assist you.

CANCELING OR CHANGING MY ORDER?

For canceling or changing your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or support@mycharmingplace.com. When the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order.

ONLY ONE ITEM HAS ARRIVED. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OTHER PRODUCTS?

Sometimes items are shipped in separate packages for logistic reasons and delivery times optimization.

I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Accidents can happen, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
